THE WOOL PROJECT

HANDMADE IN ARGENTINA

RESEARCH / ENTRE RIOS, ARGENTINA

Own wool development from my family's farm, a natural reserve in Entre Ríos, focused on care and conservation.

This wool was burned after each shearing for not knowing how to take advantage of it. Together with a group of women who live in the farm, we collect, wash, and spin the wool.

The spinning is done completely by hand, with a spinning wheel.

SPINNING PROCESS

It is a circular project, with an environmental and social approach, providing work as well as generating natural raw material.

The knitted pieces are completly biodegradable, since the wool does not undergo any chemical treatment.

COTTON

HANDMADE IN ARGENTINA

Together with the natural reserve El Potrero, in Entre Rios, Argentina we are developing a circular project.

Our aim is to grow cotton in the most natural way possible, and continue this ecofriendly process in the collection, and production of the yarn.

Everything is handmade, from the spinning to the knits, achieving a 100%natural handmade product. Each piece is unique and can be traced to its source.

This project was born with the imprint of developing environmentally friendly textiles from national industry, taking advantage of the resources of the Argentine soil, and the space that we have within our reach.

It seeks to promote circularity and generate fair work, providing opportunities for local artisans to revive forgotten trades.

It aims to generate unique, highly sustainable luxury garments that promote the circular economy, and that, in addition to their nobility and long durability, can return to the earth without releasing any toxic matter.
